Val B Russell

BIO: Val B Russell is a Canadian poet, novelist and occasional freelance writer, as well as an outspoken feminist. Her work can be found in such diverse places as Reader’s Digest, voxpoetica and VWA, poems for Haiti, an anthology to aid victims of the quake.  She is also the author of a middle reader fantasy novel entitled The Adventures of Granny Destross and CeeCee and is currently working on an adult novel. She has recently completed a volume of poetry entitled, The Glass Tulips, detailing her experiences as a homeless woman. In her spare time, she keeps company with other notorious poets and writers on her regularly updated blog.
