Meet the Bluffs

Meet the Bluffs

Poem by Cecilia Chapman
Video in collaboration with Jeff Crouch (music) and Blaine Reininger (chant)

day turns black
big winds blow
bad tides running
in an evil night
when the earth
falls in the sea.

darkness sets me free
in dreams gone mad
when the earth covers me
free of hatred, free of fear
free of love, free of you my dear

when the earth covers me
when the earth falls in the sea.

-refers from the word sea in Wayne Scheer’s story The Love Song of Langley Moran
